CRM, ERP and AI agents: why they belong in one system

The average business today runs on many tools: one for leads, one for invoices, one for the calendar, a personal WhatsApp for customers, and a spreadsheet for everything else. Each tool is fine on its own. The trouble starts between them.

The problem: the data does not talk

When the lead sits in the CRM, the invoice in another tool and the conversation on WhatsApp, nobody sees the full picture. You copy details from place to place, and keep asking the team "what's going on with this customer?".

What changes in one system

When everything lives in the same place, the customer card tells the whole story: where they came from, what they wrote, which quote they received, whether they signed and whether they paid.

  • Customer relationships (CRM): leads, WhatsApp and email, quotes and e-signatures.
  • Running the business (ERP): invoices, payments and collections, income and expenses, tasks, projects and attendance.
  • AI agents: answer customers, book meetings, collect payments and draft documents.

Why it matters most for AI agents

An AI agent is only as good as the information it has. When it sits inside the system, it knows what the customer already bought, what the price is, when the calendar is free and who has not paid yet. An agent that sits "on the side" cannot do that.

That is the idea behind E26: one operating system for your business, where everything is connected and the agents work inside it.
